Faulkner Secretarial provides WP/transcription and copy typing services, with an emphasis on the legal industry. Your dictation can be outsourced quickly and conveniently to us, saving you valuable time and money in reduced costs of in-house transcription.
As a short explanation, a digital voice recorder (available from office suppliers from as little as $200) or downloadable software (under $100 - click here) enables work to be dictated and emailed to Faulkner Secretarial as a digital file. The work is then performed and the completed work is emailed back to the producer. Precedents are generally provided to Faulkner Secretarial by the producer, although this is a service that is offered if required.
SERVICES
Services offered include: legal precedent development and amendment, digital transcription typing of general correspondence, court forms, contracts, deeds/agreements and copy typing. Confidentiality is assured and an Agreement protecting the interests and confidentiality of your business and your clients will be provided for signature.
BENEFITS TO YOU
The service provided is economical, as there are no disruptions to workflow (e.g. telephone calls, interruptions, conversations with other staff members, coffee and rest breaks). As Faulkner Secretarial charges on a per job basis, instead of having to pay a staff member for an eight hour day, clients are charged only for work actually performed. As the work is performed under a Subcontractor Agreement, the usual employee benefits do not apply, meaning there are no maternity, sick pay, annual leave, superannuation entitlements or taxation issues to take into consideration.
